The only way to know for sure is to play the game on another Xbox and see if it crashes.
If the game doesn't crash on a different Xbox then it was a hardware issue.
If the game crashes on both Xboxes then it was the game and a software issue.
I find it hard to believe it's the game since people are streaming themselves playing the game all day long on YouTube and Twitch without their Xbox crashing.
Meanwhile its happening on ps PC and xbx its not the systems issue. Its the game CLEARLY.
