I’ve seen dozens of posts/threads here and other places online regarding constant crashing issues on Xbox series x - hard crashing the console (turning off) or crashing back to the Xbox dashboard. Can rarely finish a game. After trying every troubleshooting step the issue still persists, and there has been no acknowledgment of the issue.
Can someone from EA please take steps to add this to the list of known issues and respond so we at least know you’re aware of it?

I cannot believe how many more people im seeing with this same issue. I get through one game. And then its crash city. Even after all the supposed "fixes" its really ridiculous. I wish someone would just contact the devs on twitter and make them address it directly. At this point there are too many people with this issue for it to be hardware. Its truly on all platforms..... its asinine really. They had months to fix this and it just got worse. Im on xbox and watching my homies be able to play this and not be able to like I'd want is frustrating. Feels bad man. Im about to refund cuz i dont want to waste 70 bucks to see if they fix this. Twitter man. Its like a direct line to the devs. They act so helpful and all that.....well theres plenty of us now that are having this issue. That we SHOULDN'T be having......customer is supposed to be taken care of for their purchase. PC PS and XBOX all having this happen. Bricking a system is wild. Never had any other game do this.. its NOT overheating. It doesnt have the time to overheat.
