This is not a console issue, I have a series S I’ve tried everything to no avail. It’s not a power supply issue, it doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue, I’ve factory reset my console, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve cleaned it out and put it in a well ventilated area, it’s not overheating. I’ve messed with all the settings for graphics and performance and nothing works. Every time I play a game it turns my console off completely, it’s done it once in the menu messing with settings and over 6 or 7 times running around in all different game modes, conquest, domination, escalation ext… this is an EA problem and it needs to be fixed or at least acknowledged, I have a feeling it won’t be at least not for a while considering not everyone is experiencing it. Can’t even get a refund at this point cause I’ve spent too much time trouble shooting and hoping for it to just start working lol. Guess we’re just test dummies for their servers until further notice, just wish if this was gonna be the case it’d still be in beta mode so I didn’t have to waste $70 to have a game that doesn’t work.
