Straight up.....so glad more and more people are speaking up but really the fastest way to get this fixed is to contact the devs directly on twitter.

Not the case. Its not fine. Stability issues is bull**bleep**..they shoulda made this game stable and done before release. This has been happening since the beta. Ive been a loyal customer of DICE since xbox360..... ill never buy another EA title as long as I live if this doesnt get fixed. No bull**bleep**. Crashing a system to brick status and you have to hard reset to power back up is not good.

This did not work for me. Still crashing after removing HD packs.

I had 2 solid games after installing today, past that point I haven’t been able to stay connected despite trying over 10x now.
Unable to play campaign even. Hope it’s rectified soon, sucks to pay extortionate prices for a game that is hardly playable at this stage :( - KICKINGDONKEY223 months agoNewcomer
How did you request for a refund? I am having the same issues and I am so pissed off…

Having the same issue. Posted multiple times on X and haven't seen them even acknowledge it. Tried changing all setting and nothing seems to work. This is the only game my Xbox has issues with....

This was one of the hottest topics on this very forum during the beta and they completely ignored it, just like I ignored the release of this game. Glad I did.

The real question is why does this only happen with EA games?

I've said this already elsewhere on another thread but I'll repeat it here for the sake of informing:
there were hardware issues plaguing certain XSX consoles. I had one such which would randomly go green-screen and then shutdown. It could happen anytime in an assortment of games. Some were fine, some were not. To me it happened some times with '2042'.
It was/is terribly difficult with Microsoft to deal with this promptly, i.e. they never issued a recall neither did they ever publicly acknowledge it. If not in the warranty it takes a ludicrous amount of effort to have it replaced.
