Feedback and inquiries regarding BF6 player experience

Dear Development Team,

I have never reached out to a major gaming company like yours before, but I am writing to you today because I care about the game and would like to raise a few important questions regarding the current state of BF6.

Netcode Issues: Are you currently aware of the ongoing netcode and connectivity issues that players are experiencing in BF6?

The Portal Mode: Do you realize that not making the PORTAL available is a major disappointment and a significant loss for the community?

Skill-Based Matchmaking (SBMM): Do you truly believe that the current SBMM system is working effectively and delivering a balanced experience?

Grand Bazaar Rework: Why did you decide to bring back Grand Bazaar but alter it so drastically? In its current state, it is barely recognizable compared to the original, and the gameplay feels awkward and clunky.

Operation Metro: Finally, a community creator had published a replica of Operation Metro—arguably the most beloved map by BF3 players—yet you haven't considered bringing it back officially. This is a huge letdown.

Are there any plans or upcoming proposals to address these issues and community requests?
