Numerous players with high FPS but poor frame pacing.
There are numerous players (including myself) in various threads experiencing high FPS but alternating between stability and instability, even in scenarios requiring low graphics processing.
I believe there's a larger percentage of players with this problem, but due to low perception, they don't notice the instability and think everything is okay.
In one of the many Reddit posts, a user published a video of another player as an example of what happens.

He mentions that for the next 27 seconds everything seems unstable, then after 27 seconds everything seems fluid.
The player in the video has a 3080, the topic creator has an RTX 5070, and other players in the comments have 5080 and 4090, where both processors match the processing power of the GPU.
There are also other topics where users report the same problem; this is just one of the topics where it's reported.
This is a problem that seems to have existed since BF 2042, because I had another computer with a Ryzen 3700 and an RTX 2060 where the FPS was high but everything seemed to run in slow motion. This isn't the same problem I'm facing today, but it's clear that there's something very wrong with the game's optimization.
