My Xbox Series X randomly shuts down during matches without overheating. I play Battlefield 6 on Xbox Series X, and overall everything works perfectly — stable FPS (averaging 88–98, sometimes reaching up to 110), no frame drops, the game loads quickly, and matches start instantly. But at completely random moments, the console just powers off. This can happen at the start, middle, or end of a match. Sometimes I can play 3–4 games in a row without any issues, and sometimes it shuts down in the very next match after launching. After it powers off, I can turn the Xbox back on immediately — it boots up instantly, the game launches again without any errors or overheating warnings. The console is clean, placed in an open space, dust-free, and cooling is working fine. For comparison — I can play Warzone for 10 hours straight without a single crash, freeze, or shutdown. This issue only happens in Battlefield 6. Many similar complaints have already been posted on the EA forum.
