ban for improving the gameplay

Hello, after your words about the thorough verification of my account, could you give me a moment where I used cheats or third-party software

I can't understand why I was banned if I didn't use cheats and third-party EA software, could you show me a video where they saw the cheats so that I would know exactly what I did or you made a mistake. I never used cheats

    I also forgot to remind you that they told me for 2 different reasons: 1 for improving the gameplay and the second for cheating, that is, they said in the help improving the gameplay and in the mail for cheating
