EA App/Battlefield 6 Access Blocked in ZAPORIZHZHIA,
Dear EA Support and Community,
I am a long-time EA gamer from Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. I am reporting a critical technical error that is blocking access to all EA services, including the EA App and my ability to play Battlefield 6.
The Problem: When trying to log in or launch the game, I receive a message about service restrictions (Error Code: [Якщо є код помилки, вставте його сюди]).
The Key Fact & Geolocation Error:
- The city of Zaporizhzhia (Запоріжжя) is NOT a temporarily occupied territory and is fully controlled by the Ukrainian Government.
- The restrictions applied to my IP address are based on a mistake in your geolocation database, which incorrectly groups the city with the occupied parts of the Zaporizhzhia region.

Additional Proof:
I was able to play the Battlefield 6 Beta Test without any restrictions from the same location and using the same internet connection. The problem appeared only with the full release of the game, confirming a flaw in the new sanctions enforcement system.
Call to Action:
I urge EA's technical team to immediately verify and correct their geolocation database to restore full access for all players residing in the city of Zaporizhzhia. We are paying customers and should not be punished for a technical error.
