Need Help Optimizing Battlefield 6 on Asus TUF Gaming F15 (RTX 3050)

Hi everyone!

I have a Asus TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZC4 laptop (12th Gen i5, RTX 3050 4GB, 16GB RAM). I’m trying to set up Battlefield 6 so that I can get at least 60 FPS with smooth gameplay.

Right now I have this issue:

FPS can be high (80–120),but the ms/frame (frametime, MPS) sometimes drops to 20–30, and then the game feels stuttery, even though FPS is high.

My questions:

1. What are the best graphics settings for my system (textures, shadows, anti-aliasing, FSR/XeSS, etc.)?

2. Which is more important – FPS or ms/frame? If FPS is high but frametime is low, why does the game still look choppy?

3. Has anyone already optimized this game on a similar laptop? Please share your settings.

Thanks in advance!

  • I have almost the same build on my laptop, I've re-tested everything, changed graphics, changed individual graphics settings, changed screen resolution, but alas, RTX 3050 is apparently too weak for this game, but I'll be glad to hear from other people, maybe someone managed to optimize it for this video card)🙂
