1st vs 3rd person aim DPI in tanks

Last update ruined first person DPI in the tanks.  Its so slow.  Completely nerfed tanks.  Nobody I play with wants to use them.  Third person is janky to aim.  

No setting actually addresses the issue.  Everything speeds up aimming speed in other vehicles or third person.
