5.11 skin promotion ended a day before expected

I have a problem, i try to redeem the code i got from a 5.11 store a while back and the website gives me the error "The code you entered has expired" I know the promotion ends on the 11 of may 2026 ...

My code is now working, it did not work from the redeem link on the email. But I clicked on the top right with the smile, view profile/my account > payment and wallet > redeem a product code. The code finally worked there. You could also try on the EA app from the library page.

Same here. I even reached out to 5.11 customer service, and they sent me two new codes in which said were "expired". Now it makes sense seeing other people with the same issue.

EDIT: As of 12:56pm EST 05/13/26 my code finally works as others has posted as well. Not sure how long they re-enabled it but if you have one use it now.
