Gridlock Skin Colors Changed After Season 3
I've noticed the gridlock skin now has the wrong colours? For assault/engineer it's now much brighter and less dark, and for recon it's completely different. What's going on? Why was this changed? This must be a bug because this can't have been an intentional change. Change it back! (cm edit updated thread title for vis)
Missing 100 BFC that I earned from a previous battle pass.
I don't really understand how but the coins never appeared in my account even though despite me completing the whole battle pass. In countless e-mails EA support has asked me numerous, albeit, irrelevant questions. After which the conversation ceased and I received an invalid link to an EA chat. After that I had to open a new case, since I could not post in the previous in any way, a seemingly live chat took place with an EA agent. The agent told me to post a topic in the EA forum. I have tried every single solution the EA support suggested (in multiple occasions).Cannot equip any season 3 battle pass skins I bought:
I was 100 points away from buying the season 3 battle pass. I leveled up enough to unlock the free 100 coins in the battle pass and bought it. I had unlocked quite a few skins while I was on the way to get the coins and I cannot equip any of the skins except the ones that come as instant unlocks. Does anyone know a fix to this?Texture failed
I had a game breaking bug when I was playing REDSEC ranked. My textures failed. It first started with reflections on windows turning into looking at the sun. Then I couldn’t look out of a building. Then the floors stopped loading and then my screen was either bright light or black. I was able to move around and it appears to have only affect me as my squad was able to see enemies.Did not receive unlocks from Season 2 Battle Pass
Hello, this issue has already been reported, but I have been told by an agent on EA Support that I should open new thread... I bought Battle Pass for Season 2 after i completed all the tiers (on 7.5.2026) and I did not receive single unlock or coin. I have already contacted Support 3 times, I have been told twice that the team is already working on this issue, now the agent responded with this: "This is something that can not be fixed on live chat, I am reporting this issue as possible bug and if we receive more similar cases we will report them to the team and once the team recognize the issue they will fix it." So, what am I supposed to do? To be honest, this really ruins my experience of game that I already paid for... And since I'm seeing people missing stuff even from Season 1, I dont have much hope left. Thanks.
