Beta Telemetry Proof (bf6event Logged) - Sync Issue on Steam Purchase Profile
Hello, I am posting to seek help from a Community Manager regarding my missing Battlefield 6 Open Beta legacy rewards. I recently purchased the full game on Steam and launched it under my primary EA Account, but my progression is sitting at 0 and all legacy rewards are completely padlocked. I recently contacted Live Chat support under Case #251493359. The advisor noted that the basic tool check flag read the items as "missing" and closed the ticket as a general bug report with "No Fix Available." However, this appears to be a database sync error failing to map my historical platform data to my new Steam link. To verify my eligibility, I requested a backup copy of my data via the EA Privacy portal (Request-2848290). My master BATTLEFIELD.json file explicitly logs extensive connection telemetry under EA's internal "bf6event" flag from August 2025. Notably, my anti-cheat telemetry data shows a massive continuous session on August 7, 2025: - Session Start: 2025-08-07 12:09:46.437 - Session End: 2025-08-07 22:17:38.285 This single session confirms 10 hours and 7 minutes of continuous match deployment. Across the whole of August 2025, my logs track over 25 total hours of beta server time. With over 25 hours logged on the "bf6event" title ID, my profile comfortably cleared the thresholds for the level-based milestone packages (Level 10, 15, and 20 unlocks). Furthermore, given this extensive match time, I easily surpassed the standard 200 kill/assist baseline required for the Bat Company Dog Tag. Additionally, because I played primarily as a Recon sniper during these sessions, I also should have completed the Recon specific assignment (spotting 300 enemies) for the Seeker Character Skin. Could an EA Community Manager please review these telemetry flags under my account ID and manually push an Entitlement Sync Command to bridge my historical profile data to my Steam platform build? Here is my raw JSON log verifying the data history (IP addresses removed for privacy): {"requestId":"Request-2848290","date":"30-Jul-2026","summary":{"Battlefield 6":["CROSS PLATFORM"]},"userData":[{"product":"Battlefield 6","platform":"CROSS PLATFORM","subscribers":[{"subscriber":"prod-eadp-data","userData":{"antiCheatHeaders":["Session Start","Session End","Date","IP Address","Title Id"],"antiCheat":[{"Session Start":"2025-08-07 12:09:46.437","Session End":"2025-08-07 22:17:38.285","Date":"2025-08-07","IP Address":"178.86.xxxx","Title Id":"bf6event"},{"Session Start":"2025-08-05 13:34:21.779","Session End":"2025-08-05 13:52:38.39","Date":"2025-08-05","IP Address":"178.86.xxxx","Title Id":"bf6event"},{"Session Start":"2025-08-07 20:51:45.519","Session End":"2025-08-07 21:36:55.51","Date":"2025-08-07","IP Address":"178.86.xxxx","Title Id":"bf6event"}]}}]}]} Thank you for your time and guidance in getting this account sync corrected!7Views0likes0CommentsBattlefield 6 Open beta rewards
During the beta of Battlefield 6, there were certain tasks that I successfully completed. However, after logging in later, I did not receive the rewards for those tasks. I contacted support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. I also have proof that I completed the tasks.Weapon FOV Resets to Wide by Itself
Basically title, exact same issue as before. Weapon field of view option gets reset to Wide automatically whenever you spawn again in the game. This bug been present since Beta(!!!!) from a year ago. Replication steps: Go into options Select weapon FOV NARROW Spawn in the game and die and/or respawn in a firing range, makes no difference which one Spawn again and see the weapon FOV being reset to WIDE For some reason EA_Shepard decided that issue no longer represents game's current updates and closed all previous threads regarding this, but matter of fact is that its still not fixed whatsoever.EA wont provide a refund....
I recently purchased BF6, and then 2400 points, to get BattlePass. All of this was on Xbox. I then purchased Battle pass (1100 points). Logged in the next day, it said I hadn't got it so I purchased it again (thinking there might be a slight delay or something) but no, EA happily took another 1100 points. I get that these problems sometimes happen so I reached out to support so they could refund the points. It turns out they have no mechanism to refund my points, and pointed me to Microsoft instead! EA, fix this!I didn't receive the Season Pass rewards, Lost Battlefield coins
Two days ago, I purchased the Battle Pass for the current season of Battlefield 6. However, I failed to receive the 100 Battlefield Coins that I should have earned based on the progress I had already made prior to the purchase. In other words, purchasing the Battle Pass did not grant me the progress-based reward (100 Battlefield Coins) I was entitled to. I waited for two days, thinking it might be a server delay, but the reward never arrived and has simply vanished. It appears to be a bug preventing the proper distribution of Battle Pass rewards. Please help me get this reward restored.BF6 Audio: Third-Person Guns Too Quiet, Hitmarkers Too Loud
This addresses two critical audio failures: (1) third-person weapon audio is drastically quieter than first-person, erasing natural distance cues; (2) hit markers overpower surrounding gunfire during firefights. Problem 1: Third-Person Weapons Disproportionately Quiet Core Issue: Any firearm not fired by the player—teammate, enemy, or ambient combat—is audibly deficient compared to first-person weapon audio. A 20m M4A1 fired by another player sounds like a toy gun next to your own weapon's thunder. This is not a "dry" frequency issue; it is a raw volume deficit across all distances and environments. What you should hear vs. what you hear: <30m: Another player's unsuppressed rifle indoors should rattle your ears. Currently: thin click, easily missed in chaos. 30–100m: AK-12 across open terrain should be a rolling mid-boom demanding attention. Currently: faint pop, lost among footsteps. >100m: SCAR-H from ridgeline should carry low-frequency rumble. Currently: effectively silent unless threat-directed. Root Cause: Threat Bus sidechain aggressively ducks non-threatening third-person sources even at close range. The three-tier volume curve (close/mid/far) is flattened—no meaningful loudness gradient exists between 20m, 50m, and 100m third-person fire. Problem 2: Hit Indicator Overpowers Weapon Audio Current: Hit markers are disproportionately loud and sidechain-duck all surrounding gunfire. You take a grazing shot and suddenly the enemy LMG 50m away vanishes under suppression. You know roughly where you were hit from, but cannot hear the enemy gun to confirm exact position. Proposed Fixes 1. Third-Person Volume Curve (Minimum Targets) Distance Target Loudness Purpose <30m -12 to -8 dBFS Immediate presence. Room reflections intact (concrete = sharp crack + flutter; wood = warm thump). 30–100m -18 to -14 dBFS Clear distance cue via linear decay. Open = scattered highs + rolling lows; urban = muffled + brick tails. >100m -26 to -20 dBFS Low-frequency rumble retained for caliber ID. Heavy weapons keep 80–200Hz hum. Hard Floor: Never push non-threatening third-person firearms below -20 dBFS. Let distance and walls handle natural attenuation—not sidechain crushing. 2. Hit Marker Decoupling Reduce hit marker loudness by 6–10 dB. Decouple hit sidechain from weapon channels—independent mixing, no gunfire ducking. If residual coupling unavoidable: max -3 dB weapon attenuation. Directional ping = supplementary only. 3. Threat Bus Scope Limit Sidechain only for enemies actively firing at you within 80m. Zero suppression beyond 80m. Multi-factor priority (Threat × Distance × Frequency × Scale). Low-frequency components exempt from aggressive ducking. Benchmark: CS2 Third-person gunfire in CS2 has clear, linear loudness falloff by distance. No threat-sidechaining. Hit markers present but non-suppressive—you can take a hit and still hear exactly where the enemy is from their gunfire alone. Expected Result Third-person weapons audibly present at all ranges. Distance judging via loudness gradients restored. Hit confirmation clear without destroying localization. CS2-level readability + BF4-level environmental scale.game is laggy, data pack loss and over 140ms
the game lags with a time/speed icon in the upper left corner over 140 ms and i get three little boxes in red and three bigger boxes. makes the game unplayable. been like this since season 3 must be a bug or something on your end my internet is fine, watch movies no problem and play other games just fine. its the game its self and you guys haven't fixed nothing and its getting frustrating . making me loses time and makes me feel my money is getting wasted EA please fix the game12Views0likes0CommentsPurchased S2 Battle Pass/Pro after completion and didn't receive rewards

"I bought the battle pass and unlocked the Poseidon's Reaper skin for Makenzie, but I can't select it. Maybe it's because I haven't unlocked the operator yet? Although other skins for different characters work fine for me even without the base operator unlocked."
