Battlefield player balancing.
My God, why doesn't EA implement some kind of player balancing system—for example: A player is on a server, and a notification pops up—press F5 to accept or F6 to ignore—inviting them to join a different server with more real players and fewer bots. The player hits F5 and is taken straight to a server where actual people are playing, rather than having half the team made up of bots. This would be better than an automatic, forced move, since some people might want to stay on the map they chose, while others would prefer to find a game with more human players. Seriously, is it that hard to do something different so the game doesn't end up dead? Is it really that difficult? Battlefield is completely dead. Every server I join is absolutely ridiculous and packed with bots. I’ve even uninstalled the game—I just can’t keep playing like this.
1800 bf coins uniform bundle missing after purchase
Hello I know other people have had this problem. Last Saturday, October 17th, I made a purchase in the store for a uniform bundle that cost 1800 BF coins. The transaction went through without a problem, but I have NEVER received the item. Why is this happening? It's a bundle I bought with my own money (1800 BF coins) and I haven't received it. I opened a case with EA and after a week they closed it, telling me to check the "missing content guide" (I ALREADY DID THAT, FOR GOD'S SAKE!!). One of the problems I have is that I don't remember the name of the bundle (these are things you don't pay attention to, at least I don't). I only remember that it contained 3 soldier uniform skins and some weapon cosmetics. I talked to a friend and he says that bundle doesn't appear in his BF store...it's pretty strange, isn't it?
Unable to get Ranked matches going in asia
In asia it has been hard to get ranked matches as people are not queueing at the same time . the easiest way to fix this is by adding a queue counter like apex or put us in the plane like regular br . in asia the player base dropped a lot as players were unable to get game. until a few weeks ago there were 2 active lobbies atleast but getting the first game popping is the issue as people leave after few minutes of waiting as they do not know how many players are in the queue or how long it might take . to bring back asian players and ranked lobbies back we need a Queue counter feature . "Gameplay Data Sharing" setting is missing, any help?
Everything on my EA and steam profiles is public, my Battlefield profile is also set to public. But the setting still has never shown up even after 600 hours of playing. I also tried every "fix" that I could find online. Does anybody have a solution?
170 Days Without Paid Season 2 Battlefield Pro Content – EA Keeps Closing Cases
On May 10, 2026, I purchased Season 2 Battlefield Pro for €24.99 on Steam. I deliberately bought it late in the season to use the included tier skips to unlock the remaining Battle Pass rewards. If the tier skips had worked correctly, I should have received all remaining rewards at the time of purchase. Instead, the final 9 Battle Pass rewards and the Season 2 badge are still missing. EA previously confirmed that my case was being investigated and that I qualified for the missing content because I had provided proof of purchase. However, the issue was never resolved. I was later asked to provide the evidence again, only for another support agent to reject it without clearly explaining why. Several support cases have been closed without a resolution, despite the evidence and previous confirmation. What I am asking for: Deliver the missing 9 Battle Pass rewards and the Season 2 badge. Explain why the previous investigation never resulted in a resolution. It has now been 170 days since my purchase. I have provided evidence and repeatedly contacted support, yet I still do not have everything I paid for. Can an EA Community Manager help escalate this case and ensure it receives an actual resolution, rather than another closure without an explanation?
Missing Content
Hello all, I'm not sure who else is having issues! So I've brought dead by day light constant for 1,800 how ever, I'm missing the character and skins for it. Its taken my silver but not given my stuff. I've restarted the Xbox but not showing up! I've not gonna any of the red bulls stuff that I unlocked and none of the stuff from road to battle field. Where is my stuff!
