Battlefield 6 Open beta rewards
During the beta of Battlefield 6, there were certain tasks that I successfully completed. However, after logging in later, I did not receive the rewards for those tasks. I contacted support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. I also have proof that I completed the tasks.There is an issue with the level skip of the store pass.
The 5-level Battle Pass skip I purchased via BFC has not taken effect. It has been 24 hours, and I have played a full game session, but my level is still 106 instead of the expected 110. Is this a bug? I previously sought help on EA Help, but it showed that advisor support is unavailable, and I currently cannot resolve this issue.We are now 6 months into this
I have had my account permanently banned. no apology, not even clearly stated " we have revoked the ban". Do you know how i felt about that? A 10 year old account gone because your dumb **bleep** ai thought i said mean words? You sure know how to treat your playerbase. God **bleep** deserve a **bleep** apology in the slightest huh. 6 months in, playing from France yet every **bleep** game i get matched with a Chinese lagger. You cant kill them, they run with dmrs and all their rounds hit you at once. Shoot you round corners, through hard cover or after you're not even in line of sight (inside buildings). This is not a netcode issue, this is a match ping limit issue. Some matches there are 1/4 of the enemy team, 8 **bleep** players of 150 ping is **bleep** preposterous. Give us the **bleep** ability to have a slider with the ping max we want to play with. I would rather play with **bleep** bots than this **bleep**. It is completely unacceptable for a AAA title like Battlefield to ignore an entire region for this long. We are constantly being rerouted to European servers with unplayable latency (90ms+), which ruins the competitive integrity of the game. Many of us have supported this franchise for years, yet we feel like second-class citizens. We need a permanent solution, preferably by hosting stable servers in Riyadh or ensuring the existing infrastructure in the Gulf is actually functional. Hello everyone, I would like to share my issue in hopes of getting clarification or help from the team or other players who experienced the same situation. I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 and also purchased the Phantom Edition. I was one of the affected players during the game’s launch on the EA app. According to official statements from the developers, affected Phantom Edition players were supposed to receive compensation, which included access to Season 2. However, in my case, I only received an XP Boost as compensation, and I have not received Season 2 on my account until now. I have seen multiple mentions that the compensation should include Season 2, which makes this situation confusing—especially since my account is marked as having received the “final round of compensation.” I have attached a screenshot of my game interface showing that I do not have access to Season 2. I would appreciate it if the team could clarify this issue and let me know if there is any action I need to take to receive the compensation I am entitled to. Hi, I did so many support requests during last 4 months it's starting to be very cringey. During December 2025 there was BF PRO battlepath for which I completed all the challenges but guess what? I did not receive the rewards because they fixed the challenges after I did them and I did not receive the points backwards. So I only have 3/10 rewards. Had this issue yesterday on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Got the tier skip nothing happened and click on it again and still nothing. It took 1600 battlefield coins from me and no tier skips happened. The tier skip is on discount for 800. So it charge me twice. Went to EA help. Got a case number and told me to get in touch in 24 hours if it doesn't register. Today, Thursday, April 9, 2026. Reach out again gave my case number and still nothing registered on my account, received a new case number for today interaction and I ask is there a number for customer support. The representative that was helping me (Piyush) gave me this forums website. I asked, am I going to be reimbursed for my battlefield coins and he said "We cannot help with the call support further, you can visit our website. Have a nice day" and disconnected. Beyond pissed with this issue. I will keep complaining until they reimburse my stuff back. If anyone has a customer support for EA send it because this is ridiculous.
