BF6 Pro Battle Pass And Rewards Are Missing
So I have Purchased Season 1 The Battlefield 6 Pro Battle Pass And all The instant rewards for purchasing plus the battlefield coins which they say that is included are not available and useable . for reference here is an instant reward skin which is accessible after purchasing the pro version of the battle pass(or the simple one) which is clearly not unlocked . i hope the fix this cause it will be a waste of money if it isn't.
Settings don’t save
Hi all, I’ll make this quick. Every time I join a new match or launch the game, none of my settings are saved. In Documents → Battlefield 6 → Settings → Steam, I only have a file called Steam_autocloud.vdf. Am I supposed to have a PROFSAVE_profile file there too? Just to mention, I already uninstalled the game twice to check, but nothing changed.

Battlefield 6 twin flames pack
Hi all got the twin flames pack for battlefield 6 last Friday. Seem to have most items but missing the unit skins for the pack. Done everything I can to see if there a fix, like verify integrity of game files. As am on PC-Steam, EA linked ok to the game. Plus I do have most the items from the pack just missing the unit skin. Am in email chats with EA, just thought it maybe an idea to ask on here too. As some players may have an idea, not sure if to try a re-install of the game? Regarding Steam Account Binding Issues
I used my A email address to register my Steam account and purchased Battlefield 6, which I've played for over 100 hours. Then I linked the Steam account registered with email A to the EA account registered with email B. After reopening Battlefield 6 on Steam to play, I discovered my account level had been reset, and all previously earned in-game rewards had been cleared—it was essentially a brand-new account. How can I recover my Battlefield 6 game data from before I linked my EA account? Thank you very much for the staff's answers and support!
Phantom Edition Battle Pass Rewards Missing – EA Support Fails to Help
I purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition for PS5, which is supposed to include additional content and Battle Pass rewards. However, I have received absolutely none of the Battle Pass rewards. This issue has been submitted under case #227560719, and I have contacted support seven times, but have not received any proper response I have followed all instructions provided in the Q&A and by EA support agents, but the rewards have still not been delivered. I have now engaged in over seven separate 1:1 chat sessions with support, and each time I am told to "wait" with no resolution or timeline provided. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a premium edition expecting full content, yet EA support continues to ignore the issue and fail to fulfill its obligations. I am posting this publicly because private support channels have proven ineffective, and I want EA to acknowledge the problem and deliver the missing rewards immediately.
