ADS problem after last update

Hello. 
After the latest update, there were problems with the sight, it flickers and doubles when moving, and the problem is the same on two different computers. Also, the mouse itself in the game is lagging. We reinstalled the game, reset the settings in the game, changed the video card settings, nothing changed. From some settings in the game itself, the graphics become worse or slightly better, it is not possible to solve the problems. Even setting the mouse by dpi does not change the problem, and the accelerator in windows does not change the situation.
