Another patch with no hit registration fixes

Dice wtf are you doing? Your game has one **bleep** job and it's to kill things, it's killing me. I paid $70 for this game and i see 18C 15s  or better was one time i had 65c 53s .... as a network engineer and someone in IT for 20 years this is despicable. There are no network issues, this is strictly a code issue you refuse to fix. It's literally no wonder why this went from 650k players to like 65k. This is not fun to even play at this point.
