Anticheat bug and no response from support

Oh man, that sucks for you! Given my experience with EA Support’s "professionalism" and efficiency, I don’t think you’ll have an easy time getting unbanned. (When I asked about a Battlefield 1 issue, I waited 5 minutes for an EA Help live chat agent—only to get a support document for FC24 LOL)

Already a childish troll going on about you cheat BS... go away. Simple search shows the 1000s of customers that are getting ripped off. Many false bans. The games player count has taken a drastic hit. Believe it or not, dont care. Go away. This is a serious issue for a lot of people. This is a nasty way to treat long time fans and supporters of the francise.

Don’t bother with these guys’ trash talk—apparently some people have no clue that EA’s obsessed with banning accounts for no reason. I had a friend who bought Battlefield V about two years ago. He never even played it—Steam and EA both showed 0 playtime—but he still got banned when he tried to launch the game. The funniest part? There’s NO BAN RECORD on EA Help, so he couldn’t even appeal.

Thats wild. Gonna lose a lot of customers.  

I don't believe you were falsely banned.  Kinda funny how the majority of us have not been falsely banned and we've been playing this series since BF1942.  

How about you play the game fair and square and stop trying to exploit the system?!

I'm f'ing sick of players saying they were falsely banned and they "didn't do nuffin".  You did something to get the ban.  I'm not sure what it was but you likely weren't falsely banned.  Just stop!  Seriously.  You got caught doing something and now you want to say it was nothing....it's f'ing ridiculous.  

The next game you buy, don't buy/download anything to give you an advantage.  Play the game as it is meant to be played.

You're friend probably lied to you.  I had a friend that was banned from a game (not BF series) and he said the exact same crap about being falsely banned.  Oddly enough (before the ban), the guy improved exponentially in a short amount of time.  He tried to blame the ban on his son....said he downloaded something...yada yada yada.  Needless to say, I don't play games with this person anymore...why?  Because I don't believe for one second that it was his son (based on his dramatic improvement in a very, very short time).

My point, stop f'ing cheating.  Stop f'ing exploiting the game.  Stop trying to get an advantage.  It's a f'ing game.  Play it like it's supposed to be played or suffer the consequences when you get banned.

Calm down clown child. Just do a min of research and read. 1000s of people getting ripped off. Been playing since BFBC 2010 no ban or penalty and now this Ai BS they are running.
