Game crashing!
When playing battlefield 6 the game loads up perfectly without stuttering( pre loading screen to game menu) when I go to start a game it allows me to play one game with a lot of packet burst issues but playable then after playing one game it will not let you play any more without getting the error message that it can’t detect the gpu which leaded me to expect that it’s a driver/ direct x issue. My steps afterwards was uninstalling the game and all contents of said game, reinstalling drivers, rolling back two versions back. I got it to where I’m not getting that error message that it can’t detect gpu but now after I was able to play a few games afterwards with less performance issues but now when I start a match it freezes the whole machine to where I had to do a hard reboot Specs: CPU:8th gen I7 GPU: MSI OC GTX 1070 ti I have also seen on the forms that even factory overclock cards for Msi have this issue but I don’t even have afterburner installed. Has anyone else had luck fixing this issue? Another question I have is I’m also thinking there is something else causing this but having a hard time finding the issue I was thinking about making a power shell debug script to gather better information but was wondering if I would trigger the antic cheat by running this script I’m about to make ?There is a bug here that prevents users from reporting cheaters.
I was killed by cheaters in Battle Royale. When using spectator mode, I couldn't press R to open the player details interface. I suspect this is because the cheat software has features to prevent reporting or viewing player information. This is because when I checked other players in the cheater's squad, the player details function worked normally. My squad members experienced the same issue. As a result, I was unable to report over five cheaters within two weeks. Chinese characters cannot be entered when searching for players. This is another issue that needs to be resolved.52Views2likes4CommentsMy Account Was Wrongfully Banned for 20 Days
To the EA Community and the EA TOS Team: I am writing this post to bring attention to the ongoing situation regarding the wrongful ban on my account. This 20-day duration accounts for half of the game's total time since release, resulting in a massive loss of playtime and frustration for me as a loyal player. The most important point I must highlight is a potential system error in my case: I am a player on the PC platform (via Steam), yet the platform listed on my ban/case details is PS5. This discrepancy suggests a fundamental error in processing my case, which could be the root cause of the wrongful ban. Despite submitting multiple appeals and requests, my issue unfortunately remains unresolved. I understand that the EA TOS Team must be extremely busy, but please consider the significant impact this error is having on a non-cheating player who is missing out on crucial game time. I urge the EA team to carefully review my in-game statistics and gameplay data. What kind of cheater would have such terrible/mediocre stats? My game history will clearly demonstrate that I am an average player, and my performance level is nowhere near what would suggest cheating. This ban is clearly a misjudgment/error. I am appealing to the EA TOS Team to prioritize my case, re-examine the evidence, and lift the wrongful ban on my account based on my genuine gameplay record as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and attention to this critical issue.Solved37Views0likes3CommentsGame Crashes to desktop without errors, issues with EAAntiCheatService
After the latest Winter Updates my game crashes randomly to dekstop without any warning or error messages. Looking at the event viewer in Windows there are a bunch of errors involing the EAAntiCheatService The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: EAAntiCheatService ExitType: 95 (253) The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table. I've tried to repair the anti-cheat using the installer available on this EA Help page. I've also verified the game files on steam and it found 3 corrupted files (around 32 MBs) Sadly I'm still getting the random crashes. I can be in the game (lobby/match) for around 10-15 minutes before the game crashes. Any idea? Thanks. Why, for the love of god, don't you deactivate your VM detection?
Hi everyone, Based on those tickets: Unable to run in a Virtual Machine. Please exit the VM and try again. (121) | EA Forums - 12789008 Regarding the issue of AMD's SVM activation and deactivation | EA Forums - 12867290 BF6 suddenly falsely detects VM | EA Forums - 12863094 I assume that you still did not deactivate the VM detection tag from your EAC version. I would like an official statement from the management of the staff, as any paying customer is entitled to receive from a not a non-profit. You have beautifully screw-up when doing at the BETA your announcement that your game would be unbeatable at cheating. The results were without appeal, not 10 hours after the launch, there were already wallhacks, godmode etc. All posted on youtube just to show you how stupid this announcement and assessment was. The tag you need to add in your module for VM detection did not change a thing to the cheating process. People still did cheat. But yet you are being consistent in your stupidity. I shall remind everyone that it is not the responsibility of EAC, since it is you, the devs of that game who have the capability to add or remove tags from the module that EAC is selling you for detection of this or this option. Hunt showdown for example does not have this stupid tag of VM detection and so does not make the customer stumble in false detection, and other stuffs. Should I remind you that a lot of your community are also not only gamers but use their pc for work as devs and so does need their hypervisor to be able to run at the same time? Should not be bothered by deactivating options in their UEFI? That Windows is relying ALSO on those options of vt-x and smv to isolate the kernel for added protection? etc etc.. Finnally I would like to remind the dear management, that users of networks like shadow.tech NEEED to be able to run YOUR games inside VMs because that's how it works! And by making their life a little bit more of a living hell that it already is, you only cut yourself from additional revenue... Where market PC is already a problematic market. So can WE PLEASE, respectfully, have a statement FROM MANAGEMENT? THANK YOU.11Views0likes0CommentsBF6 Crashing My PC

Have tried multiple different GPU Tests and it hasn't crashed once. Temps stable, all fans fully operational. Did a health check on the m.2 drives and the Boot drive was 99% healthy, secondary storage was 100% It starts during the opening credits intro. I get a Checking Data Warning notification saying "Your save file(s) are corrupt and could not be read by the game. Continuing will overwrite the corrupt save files." If I hit ok, the message will return 3 more times. After hitting "ok" a fourth time, my entire PC crashes. Checked Event Viewer and I get these events: 1) File System Filter 'EAAntiCheat' (10.0, 2025-10-26T15:32:34.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager. 2) File System Filter 'EAAntiCheat' (Version 10.0, 2025-10-26T15:32:34.000000000Z) unloaded successfully. 3) Warning - The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user DESKTOP-QTGTCLR\Ryan SID (S-1-5-21-67423315-2377377575-2468680230-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). I get a complete system crash after just a few minutes of running the game. This even happens when just in the menu not in a match. I have tried enabling and disabling all settings suggested by the community from AA to fps limits and even upscaling to no avail. I have also tried the following: Updating my BIOS Updating windows Updating GPU drivers Turing off Virtual Memory Increasing Virtual Memory Allowing automatic Virtual Memory management Turing XMP off Disabling my antivirus + firewall Repairing Windows with DISM Scanning and Repairing RAM Verifying game files New Install of windows 11 This is the full windows error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (0x50) what failed: eaanticheat.sysBattlefield 6 won’t launch – EA AntiCheat missing and game not recognized by EA
I’ve spent several hours since game launch, troubleshooting Battlefield 6 not launching. The EA AntiCheat window opens, then closes, and the game never starts. The root issue seems to be that EA doesn’t detect my entitlement from Steam — the EA App doesn’t show Battlefield 6, and the EA AntiCheat installer doesn’t list it either. What’s been done: Fully reinstalled EA App, Battlefield 6, and EA AntiCheat (including registry and leftover folders). Verified files in Steam, rebooted, reinstalled clean. Confirmed Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled, BIOS in UEFI mode. Disabled Hyper-V, Memory Integrity, and overlays (Discord, MSI, etc.). Ran EA App, Steam, and installer as admin. Tried clean boot, no change. Steam shows the game as owned and installed, but EA doesn’t see it. Because of that, EA AntiCheat never installs the required driver (.sys), so the game won’t launch. This looks like an entitlement sync issue between Steam and EA — not a local installation problem. Can someone from EA check if my license is registered properly on EA’s end or help refresh the entitlement link?897Views5likes3CommentsAnticheat bug and no response from support
Hey I saw a lot of people have the same problem, and was wondering how long EA will pretend nothing is happening. I was falsly banned 10 days a go , apealed and now I stuck jsut everyone else in Waiting for studio status. Dear EA support I know you have tons of work but I spend money on that game, 2 days a go yo ucharged my credit card for EA pro, but in the same time i cant play the game i am paying that EA Pro. I paid for pro, i paid for battlepass i bought bundles and in the end some false positive ban left me in the corner waiting for 10 days already. So please with all my respect, Case #231479471 check the status of that case. I provided the data needed to confirm the false positive.
