ASUS G15 Laptop AMD Radeon 6800M Graphics

I have the same issue. I thought they would have fixed that by now. I have no other workarround than you. I have a Radeon RX 5500M. It would be great to get an integration for those players who use mobile devices. 

For those of you with the same problem....here is the transcript of my conversation with EA on 10-10-25 @ 3:30 PM Central.

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX G15 laptop with a Ryzen 9 CPU and a Radeon 6800M GPU. When i start the game I get an error screen that says I have the wrong drivers. I have updated my drivers and have the latest windows updates. This problem existed during the BETA as well, but I had hoped it would be corrected. It seems the game has an issue with recognizing which GPU to use. It says it detects driver version 23.19.23.11 and the required driver is 25.10.13.1. When I launch the game, it is launching using my integrated graphics instead of my dedicated GPU. I have verified this with my resource monitor and there is no load on my 6800M. When i disable my 6800M GPU the game launches but stutters and lags and is unplayable because it's running on my integrated graphics card.

Thank you for waiting and as I have check and allow me to share that this issue has been reported by many of the players worldwide and this has been also reported to the team and this is a known issue now and the team is investigating this on their end and you will be happy to hear that once our team has finish the investigation then they will surely make a fix to this and you will get to know this on our forums and twitter handles

Great...except this issue was reported during BETA and known by EA then and nothing was done to fix it....Meanwhile I own a game that I and many many others can't play.

Really sorry for any of the inconvenience caused, but now the team has already been reported about the issue and they are under investigation of this issue and soon they will make a good fix out for this

Im having the same issue with the same laptop lmao. I really hope they can fix it soon.

Can we get confirmation from a EA dev that this is being looked into? 

It's a pain in the **bleep**. But I got it working by editing the registry. 

to proceed:

Run Regedit
locate: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/VIDEO

Under Video -> Locate the maps with 0000 -> Under 0000 -> Locate ReleaseVersion

One of these value's will be 25.10.xx.xx-... (the highest value in the error when starting BF6)
in the other 0000 -> ReleaseVersion will be 23.xx.xx.xx-... (the lowest value in the error when starting BF6)

Copy 25.10.xx.xx (only the characters before the 1st minus) -> delete 23.xx.xx.xx (only the characters before the minus) and replace with 25.10.xx.xx  (only the characters before the minus)

This was the trick for me

I dont get why this is still an issue that is resolved by registry edit still. Wish I was still in the refund window since I cant play this on my laptop without breaking the adrenaline control panel,
