Audio issue

I was in the middle of a game with a friend and my audio randomly cut out. I only have the issue in game. If restarted my Xbox, restarted the game, reconnected the headset, verified assignment as well as checked the mixer and nothing had worked. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?
