Game Crashing With Unknown Error 0:85009S
Hi everyone, A couple of days ago I decided to do a clean install of Windows 11 and installed all the necessary drivers. When I install and play Battlefield 6, after about 5 minutes the game kicks me out of the session with the error code “Unknown Error 0:85009S.” This is getting really frustrating because I’ve tried pretty much every suggestion I’ve found from other users, and nothing has worked so far. Here’s a list of what I’ve already tried: Clean install of Windows 11 Clean install of Windows 10 Clean install of Windows 11 LTSC Restarting my internet router Using my phone’s internet connection Clean boot via MSCONFIG Reinstalling Javelin Running both BF6 and Javelin as administrator Flushing DNS Changing DNS servers Disconnecting peripherals Allowing BF6 and Javelin through the firewall Opening ports on my router I’d really appreciate any help. I used to play without any issues, but since around Saturday, the 28th I haven’t been able to stay in-game for more than 5 minutes before getting kicked (cm edit - updated title for vis)6KViews11likes134CommentsTailoring the game to suit console players
This game is completely unplayable in its current state for PC players. Ever since EA let go of some of their developers, it feels like there’s no clear understanding of what state the game is actually in. Right now, Battlefield 6 is being heavily tailored toward console players, and it’s creating a frustrating and unfair experience. Aim assist is the biggest issue. It should only be effective at close to mid range around 50 meters or less but instead, console players are locking onto targets from over 100 meters away and eliminating players with minimal effort. That completely kills any sense of skill based gameplay. If the game is doing that much of the work for you, what’s the point of even playing? If crossplay is going to stay, there needs to be a serious rebalance of aim assist. At the very least, give players the option to turn it off or separate matchmaking by input type. If these issues aren’t addressed soon, you’re going to lose a large portion of your PC player base.Party not joining a game together

Since the game's release, I haven't had a single problem launching it. I played it just fine last night. But after last night, whenever I try to launch the game, I get this error: UNKNOWN ERROR ERROR CODE 0:5 1002S:57019S I have a dual-boot Windows system, and nothing has changed on this OS, nor have I downloaded anything new. The second Windows is completely stock. Only drivers and Windows updates. Identical errors. People say a VPN helps. But everything worked fine until now. Something changed overnight, and a problem arose...111Views3likes3CommentsBattle pass tier skip and Battlefield coins
Had this issue yesterday on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Got the tier skip nothing happened and click on it again and still nothing. It took 1600 battlefield coins from me and no tier skips happened. The tier skip is on discount for 800. So it charge me twice. Went to EA help. Got a case number and told me to get in touch in 24 hours if it doesn't register. Today, Thursday, April 9, 2026. Reach out again gave my case number and still nothing registered on my account, received a new case number for today interaction and I ask is there a number for customer support. The representative that was helping me (Piyush) gave me this forums website. I asked, am I going to be reimbursed for my battlefield coins and he said "We cannot help with the call support further, you can visit our website. Have a nice day" and disconnected. Beyond pissed with this issue. I will keep complaining until they reimburse my stuff back. If anyone has a customer support for EA send it because this is ridiculous. I have photo shots with the representatives I spoke to too and my battle pass is not completed so it should of worked.20Views0likes0CommentsTier Skip (SCAMMED BY EA)
I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED BY EA. I used those Battlefield Coins to purchase Battle Pass tier skip packages at the end of Season 1, after I had already completed the Season 1 Battle Pass. In Season 2, the purchased skip value was not available, and the game then consumed additional Battlefield Coins when I tried to skip a tier. My issue is not buyer’s remorse. My issue is that the paid digital content appears to have been missing, unusable, or not clearly disclosed as season-limited at the time of purchase. I am requesting a refund/review on the basis of: digital content not as described / missing paid entitlement lack of clear disclosure of the season limitation additional coin loss caused in Season 2 Please review the purchase under your digital refund process and applicable consumer rights. At the end of Season 1 in Battlefield 6 I used most of my Battlefield Coins to buy the tier skip packages that were discounted. When I bought those tier skip packages, I already had finished 100% of Season 1 battle pass, and I bought tons of skip tokens that I wanted to use for the next season. I WANT TO REMIND EVERYONE THAT NOWHERE IN THE SHOP AND/OR UNDER THE TIER SKIP PACKAGES IT WAS WRITTEN THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO SEASON 2. Now, in season 2, I tried to skip a tier on my Battlepass and instead of using the tokens it used my Battlefield Coins. Where are all the tokens that I bought 2 weeks ago? I really hoped I didn't "lose" all those tier skips I bought, because EA never explained anywhere that those skip tiers would have been "removed" in the next season 2. I spend 2000 battlefield coins to buy them. If I can't use them now, I would at least like to get a refund all the coins I spent (both for the skip tokens, and also the ones i used by mistake in season 2 to skip a tier). EA SUPPORT WROTE ME: "EA auto-consumption policy: Auto-Consumption Policy: Similar to other major shooters, any unspent tokens at the end of a season are often automatically applied to remaining rewards. Since the customer had already completed the Season 1 pass, these tokens may be viewed as expired if not used within the season of purchase." "As per the game's item usage policy, we cannot change or modify it. If you're unsatisfied with the policy, please post your concerns on the EA forums." THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. I already finished 100% of the Battle Pass when I bought the tier skip, if I would've known that ea would remove them in season 2, I woudln't have spent 2k battlefield coins for tier skips that I coduln't even use. oNLY It's like I threw in the trash 2000 Battlefield Coins for no reason. Only a **bleep** would do that.87Views0likes5CommentsDiscOnlineError_Unknown [225002S:52004S] P:826765804

Hi all. Has anyone else noticed an increase in ping on Xbox. I'm playing on Xbox series x with a wired Ethernet connection. I have FTP with decent connection speed and ping in UK. I have ipv6 and ipv4 addresses and open NAT. My ping , possibly after the last update, has increased from single digits to about 30ms. I know this is not game breaking but it does seem to be having an effect. I've logged on to Warzone and on that I'm getting 8-9ms ping Any ideas?
