ban from no REASON

I don't understand why. I don't know where or what to write. I'm really upset. I paid 70 euros for the game and now it's a waste of money for me. I wrote to support and EA everywhere. I also filed an appeal and followed the instructions in the link. It's morning. There's still no answer and I'm pretty frustrated about it. I've already written to Steam. This forum is mainly for errors. I found another person here with the same problem from today. If ANTICHEAT is working incorrectly, then it's a TECHNICAL ISSUE. So why can't I write it here? In my opinion, it's a pretty serious matter. Since the game costs 70 euros and this happens to me, it's a **bleep** big technical problem. Like everyone who writes here that they have this problem, you won't help them with the ban? Ok, maybe someone else is solving the blocking, but WHY DID IT HAPPEN TO ME and WHY DID IT HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE.

do you use Logitech g hub, or mouse software for rgb\dpi for your mouse that can get you banned or any shaders can do it too
