Banned, but empty penalty history
Need help tryin to get back on my ea account says I been disabled for 7 days but I have no penalties

I’ve been trying and I hate this ai operating system it’s no help at all when I’m trying to text or talk to a live agent

I think I see the problem then. You have another EA account with us, and your PlayStation is linked there. If you have other email addresses I'd recommend trying those out, hopefully you can find whatever other account you have so you can reach out to terms of service. 🙂
Went and checked it’s not but when I try and link my PlayStation it says account already linked but not showing it’s linked

So I see that you've tagged this with PlayStation; could you sign in here with your EA account details and let me know if you see your PlayStation account linked? If not, then it looks like the ban is on a different one than the one that you're checking. If you log in to that other account, you should be able to dispute your ban from there.
