Banned EC 10901

welcome to ea anticheat  with false bans for gameplay advantage which they reply  with their lovely bots and you have to re appeal and maybe you make  it   maybe not  and u just lost your money!! they just dont care and dont wait that  ahuman looks at your case before minimum 15 days..

Same here i just got banned for enhancements, owned every single game apart from the trash that was released after BF V. Absolutely fuming

the only update i got before banned, was a windows update just evening : 

This update was KB5070311.

I created 2nd account to play Redsec and got banned again. 

Since i got this windows update, all accounts on Redsec i created are banned. 

Have you any answers about this issues ? 

I prefer too notify that i never cheat and use any third party tools as cronus and cheating software.

I should have saved my 100 eur on others games.

Looks like the windows update KB5070311 was the cause of the ban of the main account and 2nd account i created to test.

i uninstalled the update, and created a 3rd test account. I have played 2 days without a ban EC 10901. The conlusion is that their anticheat is working too much and get false positives on kernel or TPM crashes. I checked the eventviewer, found some messages about TPM-WMI signatures and kernel-base but not sure about its effects. 

What a mess. 

i got 2 emails on both banned accounts : After further review, this sanction was removed

a third email : We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating.

And finallly tried to log in on both accounts and accounts are unlocked hopefully.

Seems that the appeal working as the anticheat. false positive emails.

it looks like the EA service crashed or something else during gaming cause of the windows update, but they didnt give any informations about the real problem caused the ban.......
