Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted? ...

I currently can’t play Battlefield 6 because my account is “Restricted” upon multiple re installs and talking with the support team with them also saying I’ve shouldn’t be restricted. There team is working on the issue but as of now u can’t play the game? So $100 for this and no answer? Has anyone else seen this message and can bypass this just so they can play?

is your steam account hooked up to your EA account?

I know I'm having the issue others are with owning the game on console but trying to use the same linked EA account (its linked to my ps5 and EA launcher) and trying to play redsec on PC. I get the account restricted because of that on PC.

Yes, my Steam account is hooked up to my EA and I even unlinked and relinked it and it’s still not allowing me to play Battlefield six
