Matchmaking send back to Menu
I have the issue where it finds a match, then I get a black screen and then it says Battlefield, and send me back to the Menu, seems like I am able to find a match, but not connect to it, I have tried all different settings allowing the game on the Firewall option, repair/re-installed game files, same issue. I was able to play some matches with the beta, but then I had this same issue, now in launch day, still happening. Anyone has any solutions? See video for reference Thanks !Solved1.6KViews20likes99CommentsConstant disconnections: Error 1:85009S despite good connection
Hi all, I spent much of yesterday trying to bugfix BF6 - managed to sort out it crashes due to insufficient VRAM but one problem persists - I can't get through a single game without being booted due to an 'Unknown Error' with the above error code. I completed like 1 full match so far. Things I have done: Port forwarding Bought a new high-gain wifi USB adapter Disabled my VPN - initially by split tunnelling but then just entirely turning it off Ensured access for BF6 through Windows Firewall Verifying game files Flushing DNS Updating video card drivers Installed a wifi repeater to maximise signal since wired isn't practical for me and switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz to prioritise stability over download speed The above has given me a ping in normal games of around 25 and jitter / packet loss according to online tests which are very low. My internet down the line is normally 1gbps but what reaches my PC over wifi is usually at least 100mbps. Despite this - when in games I notice a very slight rubber banding effect (not enough to stop me enjoying myself) but the main issue is sudden disconnections. Once it has happened once, it feels like it happens more often, sometimes while loading into a game. I'm at my wits end and I hear I am not the only one with this issue. Does anyone have anything I haven't already tried or is this a case of waiting until EA sort the issue? Many thanks :) Key info: Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Anyone have any updates on this? I played all day on launch with no errors and as of this morning I have been seeing this nonstop upon getting past the queue. Have tried pretty much every suggestion that i have found through google and these forums.1.7KViews12likes140CommentsCannot find a game on PS5 - Black Screen
Every time I load the game I am unable to find a match. No matter which mode, when a match is found, I receive a black screen then the "Battlefield" text before being taken back to the lobby. This occurs every time I turn on my PS5 and try to play. Usually the issue resolves itself, often after 5-20 minutes, but on occasions I am unable to play for hours. Sometimes, after a match has ended, my friends will be put into the next game while I am sent back to the lobby and unable to play again due to this issue. This same problem occurred for me during the beta as well, and I can only find a handful of similar occurrences when searching online. Please help me out here, I've tried everything - restoring license, re-install, re-linking my EA account. Nothing seems to work. During the beta I could switch my visibility from Online to Offline and it would fix it, but this option is now removed from the game and tied directly to PS profile visibility, changing which does not work.I Have been "Permanently Blocked" from accessing Battlefield 6
Hello people, Ive been happily grinding out battlefield 6 since launch enjoying every second of it , and this evening I go to hop on with my friend and I am greeted by this (On steam) I Received no email, no reason (Also nothing appears in my Penalty History) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, before any of you comment "You shouldn't cheat then" I have literally never used any cheats or third party software in any multiplayer game in my entire life, would I honestly be writing a bloody forum post if I had been cheating. BUT IT GETS WORSE, I have gone through the necessary channels to file a case for EA Support to look at , but when I finally finish describing my situation and submit my case I was met with this screen . So, Not only have I spent £90 on a videogame (and took a week off work) that I LITERALLY CANNOT PLAY RIGHT NOW, but EA Support also doesn't want to let me submit a case. I have literally no idea why this could have happened, im sat here wondering if maybe I said something in game chat that was toxic or someone reported me for saying a curse word in chat but literally I have no idea why this is happening, and I know for a fact its happening to others too, I have tried to Tweet @EAhelp to see if perhaps an actual human being can see my situation but it appears not just yet. If anyone is seeing this who can help please for the love of god save me , I yearn for the battlefield.376Views6likes15CommentsBattlefield 6 — Incorrect Server Region (EU player routed to US/Japan servers)
Hello EA Support and Battlefield Community, I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Battlefield 6. Despite living in Estonia (EU), the game constantly connects me to servers in the US-East (Virginia) or Asia (Japan) regions, which results in high ping and noticeable input lag, when I try to play via official servers... But when I play from Portal or just browse through community servers I don't have have any issues. I've tried all recommended troubleshooting steps: Port check with netstat — no active connections to EU servers on port 30000 EA App is working fine Portal and Community servers load correctly Game server connection is always routed far from my actual location I believe my account is being locked or prioritized to the wrong data center, and I kindly ask for this to be reviewed or reset. Can you please investigate and confirm which data centers my account is associated with, and correct the matchmaking region if possible?18Views0likes0CommentsNETWORK DISCONNECTED - ERROR CODE 1:8600 1S:5 100 1S: 16054882630:-2146631680Q
I was playing fine. Suddenly it kicked me out of the game and this warning shows ever since... I tried different DNS (Google DNS), Verified integrity of game files, router off/on (wired connection), restarted PC, added firewall exception, Secure boot is enabled from the beta, but still shows this.
