Matchmaking send back to Menu
I have the issue where it finds a match, then I get a black screen and then it says Battlefield, and send me back to the Menu, seems like I am able to find a match, but not connect to it, I have tried all different settings allowing the game on the Firewall option, repair/re-installed game files, same issue. I was able to play some matches with the beta, but then I had this same issue, now in launch day, still happening. Anyone has any solutions? So i was able to play all day yesterday and today for some reason when i launch the game, it is asking for me to login again. When i add my credentials and brings me back to the EA portal, i reset my password, clear cache and still same issue. I just got an email from EA about an agreement breach regarding my user name. It says my user name breaches the "no drugs or alcohol" section of the character name. My character name is Ganja_Mufasa and I'm playing with this name since BF4 and had an issue. I don't care about changing the BF6 character name but i have no Idea how to do that or where. The warning sayd that for now i can play but next time I'll be banned. Can anyone help me understand how i can change the in-game nickname for BF6? Hello, I’m getting a connection error when trying to launch the game. The message says: "Connection Failed – Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again." Error code: 0:66003S:4688822970:0B My internet connection is working properly. Other online services and games connect without any issues. I have already tried: Restarting the game Restarting the PC/console Restarting the router Checking that the EA App is online The issue still persists. Additionally, I’m unable to create a support ticket on the EA Help website. After I fill out the form and press Submit, the ticket does not appear in my case history. It looks like the submission is not being registered. Hello! Please note that English isn't my first language. I received a penalty because of "Inappropriate Content (General) in Battlefield 6". I figured it was my username, which is from my Steam account. I tried to send an appeal asking how I can go about fixing this, since I do want to do right by the community rules. My appeal was denied, and now it says the penalty type is "Your EA Account" for the game "EA Account". How do I go about fixing this?
