Hello,
I’m receiving the Battlefield 6 “ACCOUNT RESTRICTED” message only on PC when launching the game.
My PS5 version works perfectly, and Customer Support confirmed this is not a ban.
They identified a merging / authorization sync issue with my account and escalated my case to the Account Specialist team.
Details:
Platform: PC (EA App)
PS5 works with no issues
Issue active for 6 days
Verified not banned by TOS
EA Support confirmed an account merging issue
Case already escalated to the specialist team
Screenshot attached if needed
Support asked me to post here to help engineering track and prioritize this issue.
