Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted? ...

To help us better understand Scenario 2, please share the following details if you are experiencing the error:

Which platform(s) do you own the base game on: I have the base game on Xbox
Which platform did you register REDSEC on: Xbox
Which platform shows the “Account Restricted” message: EA APP when trying to play redsec on PC
Whether the other platform still works normally: YES
Roughly when you first saw the issue: As soon as I downloaded the PC version and tried to play for the first time.
