This is not the answer to this issue, it’s not a BAN it’s an error on their side. Just got off support and it’s not a me issue.

Same problem as other users: I bought the game on PS5 and want to play RedSec on PC, but I'm getting the same error.
My account has no penalties, nor has it ever had any. - Fraustiiz4 months agoSeasoned Newcomer
I downloaded Battlefield to play Redsec and after launching the game I've been welcome with a beautiful "Account restricted" message.

It is the first time I launch the game without including the beta. - smilingangel874 months agoNew Rookie

So I am able to play BF6 on my PSN account but when I link it to my PC EA app getting account restricted which makes no sense if I am able to play on a different system?

Hi there. Did you purchase BF6 for PC also? Purchasing the game on PS does not grant it on all platforms.

This is inaccurate as its an issue within the game. It has nothing to do with the account as other systems besides PC work.

Same problem here, my account doesn't appear to be banned, I played 2042 just fine on PC and I can play BF6 perfectly fine on PS5 with the same account linked, please hekp someone, I'm still paying for EA Play on PC but cant play.
Edit: This is definitely an EA launcher problem, can confirm it lauches fine for me on Steam and PS5 with the same account, please guys whats the issue here? I'm not getting my EA play rewards since I assume i need to be playing from the EA launcher
