Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

1 months have passed, and I still can't play.

• Which platform(s) do you own the base game on：PC(steam)
• Which platform did you register REDSEC on：PC(EA play)
• Which platform shows the “Account Restricted” message：PC(EA play)
• Whether the other platform still works normally：yes, PC（Steam）still can play.
• Roughly when you first saw the issue：2025/10/29

Was playing the free mode REDSEC on my pc and Xbox. Went n bought the game on my Xbox so I can play it on both. When I load my pc it say account restricted but it let me play on my Xbox. This game have you doing the most just to play it.

Main account : Xbox 
Account Restricted : Ea APP, but work with Steam

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, purchased Battlefield 6, Battlepass, and downloaded Redsec all on xbox.  Got a PC, signed into xbox app first then went to link accounts on the EA app and am now getting that exact error message on my PC.  Issue started on Monday, 11/ 24.

i own the game in steam.

i originally registered on steam, but i didn't work, and then i could play redsec in EA app

now it shows in EA. but i just today bought the game in steam.

steam also doesn't work

first time. when i tried to play redsec for the first time in steam, and then. when i bought the game in steam.

Has this problem been solved? I can play on my Xbox just fine, but cannot play on PC due to account restricted error

I have played REDSEC on steam and after that bought BF6 Standard edition DLC on steam. After buying that and open on steam again the exact same error showed up. I’m not sure if that error is related or not but during that time I was playing on GeForce Now.

• Which platform did you register REDSEC on - not sure - maybe PSN
• Which platform shows the “Account Restricted” message - PC thru EA App
• Whether the other platform still works normally - Yes. Xbox and thru Steam works perfect.
• Roughly when you first saw the issue - On PC thru EA App. 
  I can't believe a multi billion company has these isues. Please fix it ASAP.

Did you read my post or did you just send a generic pre written response? I clearly stated there is absolutely not a ban on my account. I can play the game on my Xbox just fine. When I try to play on my brand new PC your game is telling me this issue. It’s not a ban it’s an issue on your end.
