Battlefield 6 Audio completely broken - terrible experience

I jumped back into battlefield 6 a few months after playing and I am experiencing an audio bug in which my audio is unbearable. My audio cuts in and out continuously, I’ve done everything I can think of to resolve the issue but nothing works. Funny how every other game/application on my PC runs with perfectly smooth audio??? I’m playing via a wired headset by the way and for the first few months when the game came out I had no audio problems but now the game is unplayable because of this audio problem(I did not change any audio settings etc). I want a refund! The time I have wasted trying to fix this ridiculous issue is a joke.
