Battlefield 6 Canada East Servers Unplayable – 25% Packet Loss

Hi,

 

Since yesterday (Oct 10–11, 2025), I’ve been getting massive packet loss (20–25%) and rubber-banding in Battlefield 6.

My Internet is solid — 2 ms ping, 0% packet loss, stable route through Akamai Toronto (Bell Canada). Everything outside the game works perfectly.

 

I’ve rebooted my router, changed cables, flushed DNS, tested my line — no issues at all.

Seems like a server-side or netcode problem, because many players are reporting the same thing on EA Forums and Steam since yesterday.

 

Anyone else from Canada / US East having this?

EA, please check the Canada East data center — the game is barely playable right now.

    Definitely server problem it's even worse after season 3 updates. None of my friends in my town can even play anymore the servers are so bad no one can kill anymore, but we get killed in 2 shot from people that were not there yet for us. It's terrible now. We use to change servers till we found our bullets would register but that doesn't even work now

    I even confirmed I am connected to the servers in Ashburn, VA. Does this issue lie with EA or my ISP? Connected IPs to troubleshoot for a rogers routing issue:

    Yep, I'm with Rogers and have tried everything you mentioned and connected with Rogers support and their senior support team. Everyone is saying it's an issue with how EA is routing traffic.

    Community servers have been working for me in the meanwhile, but I'd love to experience the game on an official server.
