Sorry to hear that you’re encountering the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG DirectX error.

Could you please use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the existing AMD graphics driver, then perform a clean installation of the latest driver directly from AMD?

Please also try repairing or reinstalling the DirectX runtime components.
