Stats are incorrect.
Passed around in a circle with 11 support tickets since Tuesday. It's now Thursday night. Issue is stats aren't tracking properly. Tracker.gg has more accurate stats for player kills/deaths/revives etc than the actual in game tracker does. Removing bot kills but leaving deaths by bots in the stats? Who misses that one on the development team? Revives aren't even correct. This affects all players on all platforms, discussions on Discord servers, Reddit, X and Steam Community just to name a few. Can happily add links to this if allowed by mods. Have had no updates on this or even acknowledgement from anyone that this issue exists. Paid €90.00 for this.
Black Screen + Full System Freeze Only in BF6 (RTX 5070)
Hey everyone, I could really use some help because I’ve tried literally everything and nothing has fixed the issue. Here’s the situation: only Battlefield 6 is giving me a really strange problem. During a match, my screen goes completely black, the monitor loses signal, the keyboard lights turn off, the sound stops, and everything freezes. The PC itself stays powered on, the fans keep spinning normally, but the whole system becomes unresponsive. I have to turn it off directly from the power supply because nothing else works. The weird part is that this only happens in BF6. I play several other heavy games and none of them have this issue. My setup: Ryzen 9 5900X MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12GB 32GB RAM Cooler Master 850W 80 Plus Gold PSU Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite motherboard Windows 11 What I’ve already tried: Updated BIOS Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers (Studio and Game Ready) using DDU Reinstalled BF6 Verified game files on Steam Tested DX11 and DX12 Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, GeForce) Deleted NVIDIA shader caches Updated AMD chipset drivers Tested with only one monitor Switched PCIe settings between Gen3/Gen4 Stress tested with FurMark (everything stable) Formatted Windows So basically, no other game causes black screen or freezes my PC like this — only BF6. Is anyone with an RTX 50xx dealing with something similar? Could this be a bug specific to this GPU generation? Is there any other setting or fix I might have missed? Games crashing after 5-20 minutes of playing with no errors
So after October 28 update my game is constantly crashing after in 5-20 minutes window. I tried tons of different solutions but nothing seems to help. I thought Nov 18 update will change something but not. repairing/uninstall/install EAanticheat - doesn't help Uninstall/install the game - doesn't help Repair game files - doesn't help Update Nvidia drivers and Windows - doesn't help Installing game in HDD/SSD - doesn't help Playing on low graphics presets - doesn't help Disable any upscale - doesn't help Add bf6.exe and EAantiCheat.exe in exclusions in WinDefender - doesn't help Running my GPU in Debug mode - doesn't help Running game with -dx11 - doesn't help I have no CrushDumps in my Documents folder, but I found that I have some crash dumps related to Battlefield in AppData/Local/CrushDumps folder and I'm gonna attach those files. After investigating them in WinDbg with ChatGPT I found out that it's somehow related to FSR2, but I'm not using FSR at any point in game. Event log sometimes shows me 0xc0000005 errors, but its not shows on every crash. For the record I'm not advanced PC user, I didn't overclock my CPU or GPU, I don't know what XMP profile is and I didn't change anything in my BIOS. BF6 stopped launching after update
Hi Is anyone else having this problem. Worked fine till the update. Error: At splash screen Gets stuck at starting Javelin Anti-Cheat. Then message Javelin anti cheat Encoutered an error. Please restart your PC. C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAanticheat.Gameservice.exe (7) (2). Then a windows popop Dumper error. Dumping started.. Internal error # 4: C0000210 Failed. Resinstalled BF6 Repaired Anticheat Disabled Antivirus and firewall. No go Anyone else getting this error? Regards BlackjackGetting Kicked From the Entire Game When Matchmaking (Party or Solo)
Whenever I join any game mode in Battlefield 6 (e.g., Sabotage or any other mode), the game completes matchmaking, but right as it’s about to load me into the match, the entire game crashes/kicks me out. This happens whether I'm matchmaking with a party or playing solo. When I’m in a party, the other members successfully load into the match, but I get kicked out of the game completely. They are able to play, while I’m unable to join at all. This issue started suddenly even though I previously played several matches with no problems.I tried Troubleshooting: Repaired the game Restarted PC Restarted router Tried multiple game modes and multiple sessions.Tested matchmaking both solo and in a party.The issue persists across all attempts.I cannot enter any match without the game kicking me out completelyBF6 serious problem with progression!
Hi , I’m playing on PS5 Pro (PSN ID: FastClipVgls or Vgls21) and I need help with my Battlefield 6 progression. My account seems to be stuck in some kind of XP throttle or bug after playing in a bot lobby earlier today. Here’s exactly what happened: * I joined a bot match and leveled up 9–10 different weapons during that session. * After leaving the bot match, all progression stopped completely. * Every single game mode I try (Conquest, Breakthrough, TDM, Battle Royale etc.) gives me only 82 XP at the end of the round. * No weapon XP is progressing at all, even for weapons I didn’t use in the bot match. * Some weapons that showed level increases earlier (for example my L85A3 showing level 1) reverted back to level 0 after restarting the game. * The XP bar either doesn’t move at all or disappears. * This behavior happens in every official matchmaking mode as well, not only in Portal. I already tried: * Restarting the game * Restarting my PS5 * Clearing cache * Rebuilding database * Reinstalling the game None of these helped. At this point it looks like the entire account progression is frozen, both player XP and all weapon XP. Can you please check my account on the backend and see if it is stuck in an XP throttle / restricted state? I cannot progress anything at all right now and the issue has persisted for hours.
