Battlefield 6 crashes everytime I try to hop into an online game?

Battlefield 6 crashes everytime I try to hop into an online game? The game runs the campaign but refuses to run an online game whatever I do. I tried to get a refund but I bought the game for my birthday in November and just went a couple months without trying it out, ever since I've been trying to figure out how to make it run or get refunded. Help?
