Battle Pass coins missing after late purchase (Steam)
Hi, I encountered a bug with the Battlefield 6 Battle Pass. I bought the Battle Pass via Steam today when I was already at Ultimate Path level 19/22. My wallet had 1600 coins, bought the pass for 1100, and now it stands at 1000 coins instead of 1600. The game did not retroactively give me the 400 coins from the previously completed tracks (Recruit and the main 4 paths). I can see the remaining 200 coins are on the Prestige path, so 400 coins are missing. Chat support closed my tickets without helping. Could a Community Manager please check my account history and grant the missing 400 Battlefield Coins? Thank you!10Views0likes0CommentsCPU severe bottleneck with recommended specs
Im having problem that grinds my gears to the point of going insane. Basically my CPU is struggling REALLY hard when playing any online match, allowing me to play with only around 30-45 fps which is odd because my CPU is faster than the one pointed out in recommended specs on official website (10700 i7) and yet it immediately jumps to 100% usage once I join any mp game. I tested multiple settings - setting everything to LOW, scalling resolution down, changing resolution to lower one, playing with DLSS on and nothing. Performance stays the same no matter what I do (even setting everything to HIGH) I even went to BIOS to check if XMP is enabled and I changed PL1 and PL2 of my cpu to 125W. When Im in the shooting range I have stable 100+ fps, and when I joined a server with bots to test it dropped to 80 fps but was still playable. Here are my specs: CPU: I5-11400 (according to the ranking this one is faster than recommended i7 10700) GPU: 3060TI RAM: 16GB DDR4 MOBO: Z590 UD AC GIGABYTE30Views0likes3CommentsGame Crashes Mid Match
I can not finish a match in the game about 10 or so minutes in the game just auto closes without warning. I have tried the following options. My PC specs are below as well. I am unable to upload the crashdump file. Repair EA Anti-Cheat & Run as Admin: Go to your EA Anti-Cheat folder (C:\Program Files\EA\AC), right-click EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe, and choose Run as Administrator. Select Battlefield 6 and click Repair. Set Steam, the EA App, and bf6.exe to Run as Administrator via their executable compatibility settings. Disable Overlays & Conflicting Software: Turn OFF the Steam Overlay (Steam > Right-click BF6 > Properties > General). Close Razer Haptic/Chroma apps, FPSRunner, and hardware monitoring overlays (MSI Afterburner/GeForce Experience). Clear Shader & Profile Cache: Delete the folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\shadercache\2807960. Go to Documents\Battlefield 6\settings and rename PROFSAVE_profile to PROFSAVE_profile_old. Clean Driver Install & In-Game Settings: Perform a clean installation of your graphics driver (using NVIDIA's setup or DDU). Hello, I’m getting a connection error when trying to launch the game. The message says: "Connection Failed – Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again." Error code: 0:66003S:4688822970:0B My internet connection is working properly. Other online services and games connect without any issues. I have already tried: Restarting the game Restarting the PC/console Restarting the router Checking that the EA App is online The issue still persists. Additionally, I’m unable to create a support ticket on the EA Help website. After I fill out the form and press Submit, the ticket does not appear in my case history. It looks like the submission is not being registered. Could you please advise: What this specific error code means How to resolve the connection issue Why support tickets are not being created in my account Thank you.10KViews8likes37CommentsPSA: Mouse Input is finally fixed in the game!
Edit: Old details left below for archiving, but as of today's update (09/06/2026) the mouse issues have now been fixed. Thank you for everyone's contributions, we can finally enjoy the game :) --- ORIGINAL POST --- Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference, I easily average over 100fps even on the bigger maps, but panning the camera with mouse input makes the game feel like it's running at 15fps despite no drops. In-game reporting confirms it's running perfectly, as CPU/GPU are always rendering within 10fps of eachother. Connect a controller though? Buttery smooth camera panning, and easy to track enemies. No hitches or stutters, just butter. I've tried: - All polling rates, from 125hz up to 4000hz - Toggling raw input on/off - Enabling/disabling Nvidia reflex - Changing USB ports, changing to different mice, wired/wireless - USB power saving etc all turned off - I even tried a driver/Nvidia CP restore, but as controller is super smooth, this was a long shot in the first place Unfortunately the game is unplayable using a mouse on PC due to this. It's next to impossible to track targets, and you quickly get a headache from the micro stuttering when panning. The effect is very similar to Helldivers 2 on PC, when you turn off 'Mouse Smoothing', as that game has serious issues with raw mouse input. Happy to hear suggestions on how to fix this. Mice tried: - Keychron M4 - Logitech G305 - Logitech G604 - Razer Naga Hyperspeed - AttackShark M1 I've also tried on an entirely different PC, same results. OLED as always exhacerbates the issue too, due to the awesome pixel response times. I fear many won't see it due to slower LCDs. Specs are: 5700x3d 3060ti 8GB 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 AW3423DW (Gsync module version) This is on a fresh Windows install, up to date drivers (tried DDU as well to be sure), but honestly since it's running beautifully with a controller, this looks to be purely a mouse input issue. No other games exhibit this issue other than... Helldivers 2, and Battlefield V. BF1 is butter on mouse, as are BF3 and BF4. Helldivers 2 can be fixed by turning on mouse smoothing in game. I almost bought a GPU upgrade before testing the Xbox controller, saved myself £600. Latest CM post: Hi everyone, Thanks for sharing your experiences and feedback so far. We understand this issue is especially frustrating when it impacts your ability to play smoothly with a mouse. While we’ve asked for similar information before (here), to move forward and make meaningful progress, it is absolutely essential that you provide detailed and precise information responding to the specific request below. Giving vague comments without concrete details won’t help us troubleshoot, escalate, or investigate effectively. If you’re able to, please reply directly to this post by clicking the Reply button on this post. This keeps your info neatly organised and makes it much easier for us (and the studio) to track everything. Please avoid replying to the original post or posting at the bottom of the thread, as this makes it harder for everyone to follow the conversation. Here’s what would be super helpful for us to know: Mouse mode (wired or wireless) Mouse polling rate (e.g. 1000Hz) Whether you’re using mouse software (like Razer Synapse) Where your mouse is plugged in (PC, monitor, hub, etc.) Keyboard model and connection type (wired/wireless) Keyboard polling rate Whether you’re using keyboard software Where your keyboard is plugged in Monitor model Full PC specs (CPU, GPU with driver version, RAM) Full Windows OS version (not just "Windows 11") Whether Gsync or VRR is enabled Full screen mode (fullscreen, borderless, windowed) Which platform do you play on (EA app or Steam) Any overlays active during play (Discord, EA app, Nvidia overlay, etc.) CPU and GPU usage percentages while playing Whether the issue improves with a framerate cap (e.g. 125 FPS) The more details you can share, the better we can help. We know it’s a lot to ask, but this is the only way we can ensure the right information reaches the team and move things forward. Thanks so much for your patience and for helping us out with this. We really appreciate it!Solved122KViews231likes1627CommentsGame Crashing
Game will just randomly kick me out of a mid red sec game and bring me to the lobby saying "Unknown Error Code" says to scan a QR code but it just brings me to EA website with no explaination on my crash. There isn't a error code number and i tried restarting my pc and checking the integrity files still doesn't fix it.8Views0likes0CommentsBF6 crashes after ~10 minutes - 0xc0000005
Hi, I'm aware of the other threads regarding this issue, but I'm filing another report to hopefully provide some additional information and get some traction on this. The issue must have started between last Wednesday and today, as I had no crashes when playing on September 8th. After around 10 minutes of playtime, the game crashes to desktop without any error message. The CrashDump and a DxDiag are attached. System: ASUS ROG Strix RTX 3080 10GB Intel i5-12600K 32GB DDR4 Windows 11 No CPU/GPU overclocking, stock settings Things I've tried so far: 1. Disabling DLSS 2. Disabling Steam and Discord overlays 3. Clearing BF6 and NVIDIA cache 4. Clearing DirectX Shader Cache 5. Downgrading from the latest NVIDIA driver to 610.88 using DDU 6. Verifying game files through Steam 7. Stress-testing VRAM with OCCT for ~1 hour - no errors 8. Re-installing EA AntiCheat The crash dump consistently points to an access violation in nvwgf2umx.dll while BF6 is using the D3D12 rendering path: 0xc0000005 - INVALID_POINTER_READ - nvwgf2umx.dllStill Missing My Claimed Open Beta Twitch Drops and Versatile Soldier Skin
It's season 2 and I'm still missing my open beta Twitch drops and Versatile soldier skin. Yes, my accounts are linked. Yes, these drops were claimed. And no, I haven't had issues with the other Twitch drops. No amount of playing a match, relaunching the game, verifying game files, or reinstalling ever fixed this issue. I've created many support tickets regarding this. None were ever resolved, all closed with time. And what's happening now? You can't even create support tickets anymore. Clicking on "Contact us" now opens up their new "EA NextStep beta." Meaning chat with a useless AI, yay... The missing content are the Mimic weapon package (SGX SMG), Landslide soldier skin (NATO Coyote Squad engineer), Shattered vehicle skin (NATO IFV), Imperial soldier skin (Pax Fireteam Vedmak assault), and Versatile soldier skin (Pax Fireteam Vedmak engineer). I know a lot of other players are also having this problem. Also, good luck getting these season 2 drops to work...334Views2likes1Comment
