Error Code: 14:130003S:-7A

Issue: Battlefield 6 gets stuck connecting to online services and then displays “Couldn’t Load.”

Troubleshooting tried:

* PlayStation Store works normally.

* Tried connecting through a mobile hotspot, but the same error occurs.

* Restarting the game does not fix the issue.
