Everything looks mostly good in that screenshot, but I suspect the ping time might be fluctuating.
The latency is 14ms with an average latency of 26ms. That's a ping fluctuation of 12ms. (26ms - 14ms = 12ms)
Do you have network widgets disabled in BF6 settings? Usually there's a yellow icon in the top left corner to indicate latency variation.
i have those settings turned on. i never notice any yellow icon.
