battlefield got took of my ea app even though i got it on steam
i brought the game on steam when it first come out and stopped playing at the end of season one. i decided to start playing again and when i tried it would load the fist screen with the guy and the loading bar. then the next screen is just black no noise or anything. spent all day trying to fix just to see the ea app took it off me and wants me to pay the 60 even tho its lit downloaded on stream. i got in touch with ea support and she told me to come here. so if u could help would be much appreciated

The black screen is a common issue right now that, unfortunately, can be caused by multiple reasons. As for the EA app, if you own it on Steam, you dont on the EA app. That info is listed here: Battlefield 6 account linking and access guide
There is no reason to buy it on the EA app because you own it on Steam.

This does not sound like an account issue. This sounds like a tech issue. Support saying come here was not the right decision because we cannot help with account issues. We can only assist with technical issues, bug reports, and things of that nature.
I would take a look at the link above, follow the steps regardless of the GPU you have, as well as the other steps. Then just do a search for black screen and go to the ones with solutions.Thanks
