1 day agoThanks for the Dxdiag. Yes, it seems the graphics timeouts are an issue. I have some troubleshooting steps for you:
- Download the latest WHQL driver for your graphics card and Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Restart your PC in Safe Mode, launch DDU, select "GPU", click "Clean and restart", and then install the fresh driver to resolve recurring LiveKernelEvent 141 timeouts.
- Open Windows Security > App & browser control > Exploit protection settings > Program settings. Check if EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe or bf6.exe are listed; if present, remove them or ensure "Control Flow Guard (CFG)" and "Data Execution Prevention (DEP)" are set to "Use system default" to prevent BEX64 crashes.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\EA\AC, right-click EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe, choose "Run as administrator", select Battlefield 6 from the drop-down menu, click "Uninstall", and once finished, click "Install" to regenerate clean files.
- Exit all third-party software that injects code into game processes or overlays on the screen (such as RivaTuner Statistics Server, MSI Afterburner, Discord overlay, and GeForce Experience / AMD Adrenalin overlay) before launching the game.
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator and execute the following repair commands in order:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Let us know how you get on with these please. Thank you. EA_Barry.
