i make it to the login verification screen and it will send a code to verify but it is not my e-mail shown??
If the incorrect email is being shown when you're trying to get your login verification code then theres a couple of possibilities donaldwm0708
It may be an old email you no longer use that is associated with the account or potentially at some point the email may have been changed.
Your best bet here would be to contact EA Help
Where an advisor will be able to look into this with you, as we cannot help with account issues here on the forums I'm afraid.
