BF6 DEGRADING FRAME PACKING + MOUSE INPUT

I’ve noticed a consistent issue with input latency and degraded frame pacing after playing a few matches in Battlefield 6 (PC)
running pretty much a fully optimized system, clean windows, clean nvidia driver install , no overlays or background programs, high priority, etc..

SPECS: RTX 4060,  Ryzen 5 7600,  B650,  16GB 5200mhz,  Windows 11 ) (im on driver 581.42) 

i immediately notice any input related issues in any game and the only fix i found is clearing cache under  (AppData/Local/D3DSCache and AppData/Local/Nvidia/DXCache

looks like a shader cache refresh / memory management issue inside the Frostbite engine.. maybe the cache isn’t properly updated or flushed after longer play sessions?
