BF6 Issue/Bug

Has anyone else ran into the same issue im having?

im playing normal and then out of nowhere when i try to shoot or ads it will either lock me out from doing so or it will ads and stay that way like its toggled on same with firing....ive looked at all settings and other ways to try sort it but nothing, it still happens.

im genuinly lost with what to do as its making the game very unplayable
