Bf6 pc randomly crashing
Hi EA Support Team,
I’m getting in touch because I’ve gone from having absolutely no issues since launch to the game suddenly crashing repeatedly over the past week. There’s no error code, no warning, and no pattern — it just drops to desktop without explanation.
I’ve already tried a long list of recommended fixes from your forums and community posts, but unfortunately none of them have made any difference. What’s been more frustrating is how difficult it is to report the problem or find any clear, official guidance. The support pathways feel scattered, and it’s hard to know whether the issue is even being acknowledged.
I appreciate that technical problems happen, but it’s disappointing when a company of EA’s size makes it so challenging for paying customers to get help. At the moment it feels like once the purchase is made, the responsibility shifts entirely onto the player to troubleshoot without proper support.
Could you please advise on the next steps, or confirm whether this is a known issue currently being investigated? Any direct guidance or acknowledgement would be appreciated.
