Just wait in the queue again or try later. There was announced the queues may happen, to prevent overloading the servers and apparently it may not be entirely sufficient at the moment (until they sort it out). It's not uncommon for multiplayer games when there is a large spike of players trying to get in at once. It's unpleasant, but it may happen on release days. :)

Just a moment ago, I was in the 200k queue first, which resulted in error and after the second queue with 400k players I've got into the game. Unfortunately, it seems even then there are problems with content claims, for example campaign appears as not installed, firing range sometimes appears like it's not installed too, etc. At least I will adjust my settings and if it won't get resolved soon, I will try later. Anybody who played MMORPGs knows the drill with the content release days and is used to it. ;)
(Of course, it would be better if everything worked flawlessly right from the start, but, well... problems happen.)
We shouldn’t have to wait in a Q line they should’ve had enough service space or more service. If they knew this was gonna happen. This is uncalled for in such BS for the amount of money people are paying for this game. Pre-ordered it and then you gotta wait to play BS at EA for this. This is uncalled for you made us wait this long and then don’t have the service space they should have multiple multiple service for this so this bull**bleep** don’t happen.
I have waited the queue twice, when it reaches 0 it crashes with an error report i will try to add a pic of the errer code im getting maybe it might help

same i might leave it a few days till they work out the bugs bit peaved that i pre-ordered tho and not working as intended
