Disabling HT should NOT be a solution to poor frame rates. Especially in today's gaming age, you just crippled multi-tasking on that CPU. I would not recommend this. The game HAS been performing poorly lately, moreso since launch and I don't know why.
Even setting DLSS to performance mode did NOT yield much of an improvement over quality for example which is not how it was acting previously. So you're not imagining things. Likely DICE and EA, the storm troopers of the current gaming galaxy up to something again. Server performance has been dog poo earlier today too.
I'm running a similar setup, same graphics card with latest drivers all up to date.
For that CPU (you probably already know) make SURE you are running the latest BIOS for your motherboard. If not I would immediately update to prevent any further instability. If you're already running on it then it is likely something needing to be fixed by the devs.
yh I think your right, As when i play the game on the less server load like in the morning i get easy 200 fps but if i play towards the night when the server is more full i get stuck on 100 fps very weird, this makes me think that its a server issue
