BF6 won’t connect

Ever since EA brought out season 2, my game won’t connect to servers. I have to uninstall game, then reinstall it. The next day I have to do it all over again to play. What’s up?

  • This really sounds like a NAT type, IP block or firewall issue.  You'd probably be in an extremely rare category if it was anything remotely related to not being the fault of your ISP or equipment.

Thanks for your reply. I was getting ready to contact my ISP to get their response, but I decided to try BF6 once more to check the failure notice to get any numbers they might ask for. When I started BF6 yesterday and today, it worked perfectly. Hopefully it will continue to work properly.

  • Exactly the same for me, I was starting to think it was my xbox that was the issue.

After two days of working properly, it messed up again the evening of the second day. Frustrating!

  • I dont see how it can be our isp when different people with different internet providers are have same issues after season 2 was released.

I’ve deleted the game twice and re downloaded it and it worked only to fail the next day. This has only happened since season 2 update

Sorry to hear of others having similar issues, but I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one. Maybe someone can figure out how to fix this problem.

Same issue, was like that since the very first day. Losing interest in launching the game. Seems like Russian Roulette if it works or not. Playing on PS5 with brillant hispeed internet in Switzerland...

Here is a fix temporary fix i have to do once a day for my Xbox but it works. Unplug power cord from console after you turn it off. Then let it sit 2 minutes. After 2 minutes hold power button in for 10 seconds. Then you can put power cord back in and turn console on. It works for me every time but it only temporary till I turn it off for bed or whatever.
