False Ban

I appreciate the reply. Just a frustrating experience. I have zero penalty history, no warning or notification on the ban. Can you shed some light on that?

Not in your specific case, no. Bans can occur in several different ways with varying degrees of player visibility. I do agree and understand that this is not ideal. Thank you. EA_Barry.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news , but TOS is pretty much none existent and you will be hit with what looks like automated responses everytime untill you can't appeal anymore and you will get what i got which is no longer being able to appeal a false ban...ridiculous to say the least. 
was banned on nov  palyed the game 2h15 in total then got banned probaly for having valorant in my pc lol.

Trust me. You're not missing out on anything. Hit registration, TTK, TTD and audio is still trash. Day one of season 3 I shot dude point blank with a revolver for only 1 to actually register. Won't be buying another EA/Dice game again. If they don't care to fix it, I won't care to play it!

Oh no… there comes a point where they won’t let you appeal anymore?? Roughly how many appeals was that? And did you ask for a refund? I’ve been told multiple times by different people to just start over. :(

I have over 300 hours in the game, not to mention all EA games since 2012. I used it as a way to hang out with my friends/brother. I know it's got it's pitfalls but this is the icing on the cake. I can't even play the new season lol but I still get emails from Battlefield 6 telling me to try it out. RIP.

asked for a refund , they said u need to do it through steam , and steam rejected saying the request was made after 14 days and gametime is more than 2hours (it's 2h15min btw)
