Bot Lobbies

I constantly have difficulty getting into games without bots. Issue occurs across all game modes, cross play on or off, platform is PS5, region is east US.

probably 1 in 10 attempts at matchmaking results in a playable game. When that game ends I get put into a bot lobby.
