Bountiful harvest & Lone Protocol bundle purchases.

Hello,

I started 550 BF coins i purchased an additional 2400 BF coins to purchase the Bountiful harvest bundle and the remaining i purchased the Lone Protocol bundle.

I only received the playcards and small add on from the Bountiful harvest bundle didn't get the actual operator for that bundle and it disappeared from the store.

Lone Protocol USG-90 bundle didn't receive anything it disappeared store then reappeared like i never purchased it.

It did take my BF coins for both purchases.

I restarted the game I did a hard restart i cleared the caches nothing worked. 

Still missing my purchases.

I made a cases on this issue when I checked on it it said I have no cases open?

Not sure if it went thru.
