Can't access menu to invite friends

All of my options to invite someone are greyed out. The plus sign does nothing, clicking the messages tab does nothing, and it shows no friends online (even though we are friends on the EA app). Didn't have this issue on the Beta. I'm on steam, they're on console. Anyone else having these issues/any idea how to fix?

I have the same issue. I tried to rise the ticket with EA but after filling all the entries and the additional screenshots, the submit button was not working. This is Win 11, EA app. Really frustrating.
